Before reviewing this product we were initially sceptical of its claims. There main sales pitch is that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days.

This claim seemed a little far fetched, but after reading other peoples comments and reviews on the internet it seems that people who have used this diet have lost around 6 to 9 pounds in the same amount of days.

The Fat loss 4 idiots diet is based on these few simple guidelines.

  • Manage Your Calorie intake.
  • Eat 4 times each day. Make your meals yourself at home and rotate between protein and carbohydrate meals.
  • Drink a good amount of water every day. * Know when you should stop eating (Sometimes difficult to do but if you master this then you are well on your way)
  • Drink healthy drinks (Stay away from fizzy drinks etc) -Avoid sweets and snacks.
  • Exercise when you can (Get out for walks for example)

The Positives :

The Negatives :

If you exercise for more than an hour a day then fat loss for idiots may not be best suited to you.

The calorie intake simply may not be enough to cover what your body needs for that amount of exercise. The diet, like most diets could get a little boring. The diet focuses on repetition but we think most people would not find this too much of a problem.

Remember this diet evolves around 11 day cycles. You have a 3 day rest period where you can ‘eat what you like’ (Within reason!)

Finally :

Firstly, although it may not stress the importance of exercise enough in our opinion, we cannot stress that without exercise you may find losing weight would become a much slower process.

To speed up weight loss, try to walk the dog or walking to the local shop instead of using the car for example. We do not mean join a gym and go mad! We just mean if exercise was never part of your daily life then think about ways to introduce it.

The claim 9 pounds in 11 days is a realistic target, and with exercise, you have a much better chance of reaching that target in 11 days as the diet advertises..
