to our commitment to prompt shipping, the window for cancellations is very short!
Processing often begins within minutes after the order is placed. Please contact
us immediately in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain
a full refund if the shipping label (postage) has not yet been printed and/or
the order has not been shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your
account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with
a confirmation once refund has been issued. Returns and Warranty All
sales are final. InfusionShop items are protected by a 30 day warranty. If your
item is defective and within warranty, we'll offer a priority reshipment free
of charge. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship replacement parts free of
charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature
of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect.
We'll also provide store credits for items if necessary. Damage Policy All
of the items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are
completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item
has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item,please
contact us and we'll replace your item for free or provide a store credit for
qualifying items.
